Igor Polskiy has joined the DAF Core Team as Facilitation Coordinator
this month along with Cat Jenkins as Communications Coordinator. See Igor’s bio on the DAF Core Team web page here. Meet him at the July 19 Deep Relating for Facilitators, hosted by Fernando. It is a good point to greet each other and also to set the date of the next facilitators meeting. It is possible to join this introduction part only (around 15 min) or to stay and participate in the Deep Relating Circle together.

Deep Relating for Facilitators (a Facilitators Community of Practice)
We will have a full Deep Relating session and at the end, we will take up to 30 minutes to speak about how we can bring more of this experience to the DA community. Also there will be an introduction part with Igor Polskiy in the beginning, where we’ll try to set the date of the next facilitators meeting.

Playlist for Deep Adaptation (a Facilitators Community of Practice)
This is a “facilitators community of practice” session where we will support Danny Joseph in creating a new offering for the DAF space while we experience something new. Danny is a musician and music therapist in training.
Sharing music builds community by expressing our inner worlds. You are invited to share musical pieces that speak to you about your experience of Deep Adaptation. (You can also simply listen to others’ offerings.) Your music can evoke the experience of loss, support you in finding comfort or strength, or it can represent where you are in relation to DA. We will communally listen together to the music that speaks to each of us. Each person who shares a piece will be invited to speak about what it means to them if they wish. While listening, you may dance, lay on the floor, sit with your eyes closed, sing along, journal, whatever feels right for the moment.
RSVP and, if possible, email musical selections in advance to Danny at danieljw.shington@gmail.com. They can be in any format: a link to any streaming service or a file like MP3 or WAV. Email with subject: DA Playlist. Ideally the song length is 3-6 minutes.

We run on relationships so please join as you are able. It’s OK to join part of a meeting.
